HO CHI MINH CITY Authentic Oliver Ekman-Larsson Jersey , Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- The International Kiteboarding Association has chosen Ninh Chu Bay in Vietnam's Ninh Thuan province as one of venues for its Asian champion series, the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said Monday.
The Asian kiteboarding championships 2016, or KTA X-Champs Series as named by the association, will be attended by over 100 kiteboarders from 40 countries and regions.
The first series of KTA X-Champs will be held at Ninh Chu Bay in Ninh Hai District on Feb. 24-28 next year, the second series in Thailand on March 15-20, and the last series in China on April 6-10.
Kiteboarding is a surface water sport combining aspects of surfing, windsurfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, wakeboarding, paragliding and gymnastics into one extreme sport.？？
NEW YORK, May 26 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices rebounded Friday from previous day's rout, as traders shrugged off their disappointment over the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries'(OPEC) output agreement.
Oil prices settled sharply lower Thursday, with both U.S. oil and Brent crude tumbling nearly 5 percent, as investors were disappointed about the OPEC's decision to extend production cuts by nine months.
Traders had started to speculate that maybe the cartel would make deeper cuts to output or even keep the agreement in place for another year.
Meanwhile, the number of rigs operating in U.S. fields increased by 2 to 722 this week, marking a nineteenth straight weekly gains, oilfield service company Baker Hughes reported Friday.
The West Texas Intermediate for July delivery added 0.90 U.S. dollar to settle at 49.80 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, while Brent crude for July delivery gained 0.69 dollar to close at 52.15 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.

A client company might also be deemed a joint employer of employees it procures through a temporary staffing firm. In one such case, the client firm responded to employee complaints by deciding to obtain all part-time and temporary employees through temporary staffing firms rather than hire them directly. If the client firm thought that this maneuver would absolve it of any legal responsibilities to these employees, it was wrong. The Houston Staffing Agency hired all the former employees of the client firm that would accept the new arrangement, and the client firm continued to manage those employees similar to the way it had managed them before. It exerted substantial control, including requesting and receiving the assignment of particular employees, arranging for particular employees to work consecutive days at the client firm, training and supervising the employees, determining work hours, and supplying time cards. The client firm was found to be a joint employer sharing liability with the temp agency for violations of the National Labor Relations Act.
